Acetaia Malpighi Prelibato Reserve White Balsamic Vinegar
Acetaia Malpighi Prelibato White Balsamic Vinegar is a golden vinegar is made from the must of white grapes and aged in ash barrels. Utterly delicious, sweet and balanced like its red counterpart, this is the condiment you want to use on fish and shellfish, green salads, and even fresh fruit salads.
White Balsamic vinegar is not actually balsamic in the true sense. It’s usually grape must mixed with white wine vinegar and it’s quality can vary a great deal depending on the grapes and the wine vinegar used in the blending. What makes Prelibato so special is that it’s made primarily from the must of white grapes and it’s actually aged in ash barrels. The resultant taste is quite remarkable. Sweet, full bodied and incredibly full flavored. Usually you have dress up a white balsamic to make it work. Not this time—Prelibato stands up just fine on it’s own—drizzled on fresh greens, seafood and fruit.
