Made in the USA using an advanced type of 5-ply American steel that uses 3 layers of aluminum to ensure even heating and a titanium-strengthened, induction-ready 439 stainless steel on the exterior. The titanium-strengthened 316Ti cooking surface is 20 times more resistant to corrosion than type 304 18/10 steel, creating the most non-reactive and durable cooking surface available.
