    Yuzu goes into my marinades, Japanese style spinach and sesame, creme brulee and sparkling soda. And just about anything else where you use citrus. The tangerine notes give it a zip that can stand up to spicy, meaty flavors. It's a very convenient way of keeping citrus on hand in your pantry without always worrying about fresh lemons, etc. This stuff is hard to find. Amazing that it is here.
