Haku Smoked Shoyu is an unique  Japanese Soy Sauce that has been made using an intricate cold smoking process with Mizunara oak wood and then aged for  6 months. Made in small batches in the Kyoto prefecture, this shoyu is best used as a premium finishing sauce.  375 ML
