Roasted, then packed by hand, these Roasted Sweet Red Peppers are perfect on an anti-pasto tray, drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar and proscuitto or in a salad. Try these Roasted Red Peppers on sandwiches or pizza, with fresh mozzerella or goat cheese, and in salads, pasta or risotto. We like to use these as quick Red Pepper sauce, just add wine, stock and blend.
