Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil is made by taking plump roasted garlic cloves and infusing it with the buttery taste of fresh avocado oil to create this great all-purpose oil. This Roasted Garlic Avocado oil has a high smoke point so it is great for high heat cooking as well as being a monounsaturated oil. This heart healthy garlic avocado oil is wonderful on everything. This oil has a lightness to it that many oils don't have. The infused garlic isn't overpowering, so I can have it in my lunch salad and not scare off my students in the next class, but enough that I can have garlic. This is a staple in my pantry without fail.

Avacado Garlic Oil

We purchased this product directly at the store on a trip to Jacksonville a couple of years ago. Since then we've ordered it by mail since we love it so much. We've given it as gifts. Soon as I open the last bottle I always make sure I order more. We live in Walnut Creek, CA and don't get to Oregon very often. It's a wonderful store!

Best Oil I've Ever Tasted!

I ran across this oil while passing through Jacksonville, Oregon on vacation, and now I am hooked. I use it on everything. It has a wonderful roasted garlic flavor that is great on salads, in marinades, for roasting and for sautéing. It is healthier than regular oil, and some say even better for you than olive oil. I have recommended it to all my friends, and they are hooked as well!
